By accessing or using Auto Fuel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use Auto Fuel.App UseLicense Grant: Triad ATS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Auto Fuel on your personal mobile device for your own personal, non-commercial use.Restrictions: You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of Auto Fuel.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Auto Fuel.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or sublicense Auto Fuel to any third party.
Use Auto Fuel for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Use Auto Fuel in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Auto Fuel app or any server, network, or other equipment connected to or used to provide the Auto Fuel app.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Auto Fuel.
Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access Auto Fuel. Personal Responsibility: While Auto Fuel is an app for storing and easily accessing automobile data, it is not responsible for the misuse of automobile data by the user.Subscription ServicesSubscription Options: Auto Fuel offers subscription options that provide access to premium features, such as [list premium features, e.g., ad-free experience, searchable content, personalized sharing].Payment and Billing: If you choose to subscribe, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method.
